Some 3D bits!

These pics are examples of some 3D model making done by our first years. They were exploring re-making versions or bits from the objects they've been working on for the first 4 weeks with us. Some very fine examples I'm sure you'll agree-

Giant group pieces

Last week our first years created these brilliant circular pieces, they worked in groups designing and painting these huge pictures, based on the work they've done in the last few weeks- they're great and look fabulous in the corridor at college green.

Fashion week workshop

The second years have only been back for a week and look at how much work they've done already-all fashion items made of scrap materials.

Objects into patterns

So the students have been working with their objects for the last couple of days now, in these pictures you can see some of them developing their drawings into pattern designs-

Paris in the spring time!

We've just come back from Paris where we had an awesome time in the sunshine exploring the city and all the Art it has to offer.
I want to say a big thank you to our lovely students first and second years and to the lovely fashion folk for being so well behaved and interested-go you guys!
